You must be at least 13 years old to use Owlnyx.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person may not maintain more than one account.

You agree to use Owlnyx only for its intended purpose as a personal dream journal and analysis tool. You may not:

• Use the service to store content unrelated to dream journaling
• Attempt to abuse, exploit, or overload Owlnyx's analysis features
• Upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Generate, upload, request, or share NSFW, explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or sexually provocative content
• Generate harmful content, including content that promotes violence, exploitation, self-harm, illegal activity, or abuse
• Use face-swap, deepfake, face-manipulation, or identity-deception tools or prompts
• Request uncensored, unfiltered, no-filter, or safety-bypass generation
• Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

Owlnyx is independent software built on third-party AI services. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.

Generated content is screened before image generation. Users must follow the Acceptable Use Policy; blocked prompts cannot be generated.

Owlnyx offers a free trial period and a premium subscription plan. During the trial, you have access to premium features including AI dream analysis.

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Current web pricing is published on the Pricing page. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Paid access is a digital service: after successful payment, the selected subscription or credits are provisioned to the account used during checkout. There is no physical delivery.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect on their next billing cycle.

Dream analysis provided by Owlnyx is generated by artificial intelligence and is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Owlnyx insights are not a substitute for professional mental health advice, therapy, or medical treatment. If you are experiencing distress, please consult a licensed professional.

Analysis results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or personally relevant in all cases.

You retain ownership of all content you create on Owlnyx, including dream entries, voice recordings, and profile information.

By using the service, you grant Owlnyx a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending dream text to AI for analysis, generating images).

If you share dreams publicly, other users may view the shared content. You can revoke public sharing at any time.

Owlnyx is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Owlnyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
