Refund Policy

This policy explains refunds for digital purchases made through Owlnyx. It supplements the company and service information.
Subscription refunds
Owlnyx Premium is a digital subscription. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests should be submitted within 14 calendar days of the charge. Statutory consumer rights take precedence where they provide a longer or different period.
Refunds may be approved for accidental duplicate charges, a billing error, or a technical problem that prevented access to the paid service. Unused time after cancellation is not refunded unless required by law or approved after review.
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. We do not request card numbers by email. The payment service or app store may control the final posting time.
We acknowledge refund requests within two business days and normally complete our review within five business days. Bank, card, and app-store processing times can add additional days.
Credit purchases are digital purchases and follow the same request process. Include the credit-pack receipt and explain any duplicate charge, billing error, or delivery problem. Cancellation alone does not request a refund; refunds and any related credit adjustment are reviewed separately.
When a web credit-pack purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits are removed. If those credits have already been spent, the deficit is deducted from future credits; available credits remain at zero until that deficit is covered. Partial refunds remove a proportional number of credits, rounded up to a whole credit.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, payment platform, and reason for the request.
For iOS or Android purchases, refunds may need to be requested through Apple App Store or Google Play because those stores process native app payments.
Web purchases are processed by Creem or Dodo Payments as merchant of record; the checkout and receipt identify the merchant for your purchase. Changing our payment provider does not transfer an existing subscription: billing, cancellation, and refunds remain with the original merchant. Purchases inside the iOS and Android apps use Apple App Store or Google Play billing. Your Owlnyx account brings your access and credit balance together; each purchase remains subject to its original billing channel.
